  • We are committed to delivering exceptional results while maintaining the health and integrity of your hair, skin, and nails.

    If you are unsatisfied with your service, we are happy to offer adjustments within the guidelines below to ensure you feel confident in your results.

  • As part of our commitment to sustainability, we partner with Green Circle Salons to responsibly manage beauty waste.

    A $2 eco fee may be applied to services to support these environmentally conscious practices.

    Thank you for supporting more sustainable beauty.

  • We offer complimentary adjustments within the following timeframes:

    • Haircut & colour: within 7 days

    • Gel polish: within 5 days

    Concerns must be communicated within this time to qualify.

    Please note:

    • Adjustments do not apply if changes have been made by another provider

    • Proper at-home care, including professional products, is required

    • Corrective services and previous at-home colour are not eligible

    • Policies apply to services performed by Beautique employees only

  • We do not offer refunds on services.

    Our priority is to work with you to achieve your desired results through appropriate adjustments whenever possible.

  • We stand behind the professional products we carry.

    • Returns accepted within 30 days with receipt

    • Products must be at least 3/4 full

    • Unopened products may be exchanged within 30 days

    • Defective packaging qualifies for exchange or refund

  • A valid credit card is required to secure all appointments. Cards are not charged at the time of booking.

    Alternatively, a 50% non-refundable deposit may be provided.

    All guests are required to complete an intake form prior to their appointment to ensure safe, personalized care.

    Booking an appointment confirms acceptance of our policies.

  • We kindly require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

    • Less than 48 hours: 50% of service fee

    • No-show: 100% of service fee

    If you are running late, please contact us. We will always do our best to accommodate you, though services may need to be adjusted.

    We understand that unexpected situations can arise—please reach out as soon as possible.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and can be used toward services provided by Beautique employees, as well as retail product purchases.

    They are not valid for services performed by independent artists. If you are unsure, please ask our team or refer to our Team page.
